THE Minister of State for Defence, Bello Muhammad Matawalle, has commended the troops of Operation Fansar Yamma for their dedication, courage, and sacrifice in the fight against criminal elements across the theatre.
The Minister made the commendation while on an operational visit to the Theatre Command Headquarters in Gusau, Zamfara State.
He encouraged the troops to remain resilient, vigilant, and focused as efforts intensify to restore lasting peace and stability in the region.
Matawalle reiterated the Federal Government’s commitment to providing more resources, logistics, and improved welfare to sustain the operational momentum.
He also praised the leadership of the Theatre Command for the successes recorded so far and emphasized the importance of continued synergy among all security agencies.
