A woman and her daughter have lost their lives following an attack by suspected gunmen at Katul Crossing Community in Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
It was gathered that the gunmen attacked the community at around 8:pm on Monday night, July 13, 2026.
The daughter died at the scene after being shot during the attack.
The mother was rushed to the hospital in critical condition but later succumbed to her injuries.
Reports also indicate that two other victims were also killed in the attack.
They expected to be buried once their respective families finalize burial arrangements
Authorities have yet to release an official statement regarding the incident, and further details remain unclear.
The tragic attack has thrown the community into mourning.
