Unknown whereabouts of a 67-year-old woman, Janet Kwalmi Ere, who arrived at the Murtala Muhammad Airport from London on Thursday May 30, and boarded a taxi is creating panic in Lagos.
The yet-to-be-identified taxi, which she reportedly boarded, has yet to be found since Thursday, a former Senator and chairman of Silverbird Television, Ben Murray Bruce hinted in his X handle on Sunday.
He urged security agencies and other stakeholders to swiftly get to work to recover the woman alive.

“Janet Kwalmi Ere, a 67-year-old woman, arrived in Lagos at Murtala Muhammad Airport from London on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 5 a.m.

“She boarded an airport taxi at 6 a.m. and has not been seen or heard from since. If anyone has any useful information, please contact Julie at 08037870683 or Precious at 07080214687.
“I urge the Managing Director of @FAAN_Official, Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku (@faan_md), to take all necessary steps to ensure Madam Janet is found.
“I call on the MD to immediately instruct that all CCTV footage at Murtala Muhammad Airport in Lagos be diligently reviewed.
“We must track the taxi Madam Janet used to leave the airport. Since all taxis at the airport are expected to be registered, identifying the vehicle she entered will help us locate the driver and potentially find her.

“The outfit in the picture is what Madam Janet wore on that fateful day.
“All authorities need to act swiftly on this matter.
“I also commit right now, a reward of N1Million (One Million Naira) to anyone who comes forward with information that can reveal the identity of the driver. Silverbird will pay the reward instantly.”
