A 27-year-old man has been charged following an alleged assault in Brisbane City Monday afternoon, November 11.
CrimesChroniclers reports that the 27-year-old approached a man and a woman walking through Anzac Square and assaulted the man.
The 27-year-old then fled the scene on foot towards Ann Street.
The victim, a 51-year-old Kingaroy man, was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Shortly after, police located and arrested the 27-year-old Forest Lake man nearby.
