THE Kaduna State Police Command has officially disassociated itself from an individual, identified as Hadaina Hussaini (also known as Dan-taki), who appeared in a viral social media post wearing a police uniform and allegedly issued inflammatory comments targeting Southerners.

The controversial post, circulating widely on Facebook and other platforms, was captioned “Kaduna Police Officer Threatens Retaliation Against Southerners in Uromi Killings.”
In response, the Police Command has clarified that Hussaini is neither a serving officer in the Nigeria Police Force nor affiliated with the Kaduna State Command.
A statement issued by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Mansir Hassan, confirmed that Hussaini was formerly a member of the Police Special Constabulary – a voluntary unit – attached to the Kaduna State Constabulary Office.
However, he was dismissed from the outfit two years ago due to concerns about his character.
“It is pertinent to note that his picture captured in a police uniform, as seen on social media, is not a recent image,” the statement reads.
“The uniform displays an identity tag with the code ‘PSC/KD’, indicating his past role in the Police Special Constabulary.
