Former Justice Minister Abubakar Malami Narrowly Escapes Death In Kebbi (+PHOTOS)

FORMER Minister of Justice and leader of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Abubakar Malami, narrowly escaped death on Monday when his convoy came under attack in Kebbi.

CrimesChroniclers reports that Malami and his entourage were returning from a condolence visit within Kebbi metropolis when they were ambushed by hoodlums who hurled stones at their vehicles.

Eyewitnesses said the attackers were local residents who expressed anger and disapproval, alleging that the former minister had failed to improve their lives during his time in office.

Security operatives in the convoy were able to restore order and escort the former minister and his team to safety.
