Husband Petitions Police Over Wife’s Alleged Bisexual Affair With Friend

18-Year-Old Apprentice Kills Boss With Pestle in Anambra

A man from Onitsha, Anambra State, has formally petitioned the police, demanding the arrest and prosecution of his wife’s friend, whom he accuses of having a bisexual affair with his spouse—an act he claims has brought shame upon his family and could provoke a breach of the peace.

Mr. Onwe Joseph Chidozie, of New Nkisi GRA, Onitsha, instructed his legal counsel to write to the police, alleging that his wife, Mrs. Onwe Precious Nkiruka, has been involved in an intimate relationship with her friend, Mrs. Onyejekwe Peace Chinwendu, of Sea View Estate, Onitsha.

In the petition, copied to newsmen, it was stated that Mr. Chidozie had received repeated reports from neighbours about secret meetings between the two women during his absences. Despite confronting his wife, she consistently denied the allegations.

The situation came to a head on 1st November 2025. Mr. Chidozie explained that he had left for his village but returned home after forgetting his keys. Upon entering his house, he was informed by the gateman that his wife was upstairs with “her yellow friend.” He then discovered the two women naked in his bedroom, “holding each other tightly, kissing and romancing.”

According to the petition, both women pleaded for forgiveness, calling it “the devil’s work” and promising not to repeat the “abominable act.” A confrontation ensued, during which Mr. Chidozie says he slapped both women and attempted to record them before his wife knocked his mobile to the floor. The women then locked themselves in a child’s bedroom.

Mr. Chidozie claims he reported the incident to the husband of Mrs. Onyejekwe and subsequently to the police. His wife has since left the marital home, and her number is unreachable.

The petition calls on the police to arrest Mrs. Onyejekwe Peace Chinwendu, compel her to reveal the whereabouts of Mrs. Onwe, and see that she is charged in court.
