CP Aina Adesola Strengthens Security Synergy With Delta Sister Agencies

THE Commissioner of Police, Delta State Command, CP Aina Adesola, has continued his familiarisation visits to sister security agencies across the state, reinforcing inter-agency collaboration aimed at enhancing coordinated security operations.

The visits, which took place on Thursday, 5 February 2026, according to SP Bright Edafe, ANIPR,

Delta State Command, Asaba, saw the Commissioner accompanied by members of the Command’s Management Team as part of sustained efforts to deepen cooperation among security stakeholders in Delta State.

During the exercise, CP Adesola and his team paid courtesy visits to the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), where they were received by the Controller of Immigration, GC Ozodinobi, PSC; the Delta State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), where the delegation was welcomed by the State Commander, CN Halilu Hamidu, PhD; and the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), RS 5.2 Delta Sector Command, where they were received by the Sector Commander, Joyce Alexander.

Addressing officers during the visits, the Commissioner of Police stressed the importance of sustained collaboration, intelligence sharing and operational synergy among security agencies. He noted that effective security management depends on unity of purpose and coordinated action across all locations and formations.

CP Adesola reaffirmed the commitment of the Delta State Police Command to maintaining strong working relationships with sister agencies in tackling crime, drug-related offences, migration-related security challenges and road traffic management issues across the state, in line with national security objectives.

In their separate remarks, the heads of the visited agencies expressed appreciation for the familiarisation visits and assured the Commissioner of their continued support and readiness to sustain collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force in the collective responsibility of safeguarding lives and property.

The Delta State Police Command, under the leadership of CP Aina Adesola, reiterated its commitment to partnership-driven policing and effective inter-agency coordination in the discharge of its constitutional responsibilities.
