A jealous husband has reportedly bathed her wife with petrol and burnt her to death over alleged infidelity in Anambra State, South East of Nigeria.
The wife, after being bathed with the fuel and set ablaze, reportedly succumbed to severe burns which eventually claimed her life in a hospital she was taken to.
A short video on social media had shown the woman rolling on the ground with burns and placing curses on her cruel husband for his actions.

It was gathered that the man had accused his wife of flirting with other men, an allegation that sparked off an argument between them which the wife denied.
The altercation over the allegation later denegerated to fisticuffs as the man reached out to a container of fuel kept aside for the purpose, bathed her wife with and set her ablaze.
Confirming the cruelty, Anambra State Police Command said the woman, who was later rushed to the hospital the same day, had passed on Wednesday morning.
Image-maker of the Police Command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, who confirmed the incident in a statement, said that the killer-husband had also been arrested, and that investigation into the matter has commenced.
“We are aware of the matter, but it is sad to announce to you that the woman just died this morning while receiving medical attention.
“Her husband has also been arrested and investigation has commenced,” Ikenga said.
